Terms of Service

1. Account Use: You are responsible for your account, password and activity.

2. Store Purchases: Store purchases are supporter rewards for the server. Rewards may be changed, balanced or removed if required.

3. No Refund Abuse: Chargebacks, payment abuse or fraudulent activity may result in account restrictions.

4. Game Balance: Elysium may adjust items, perks, rewards, drop rates and systems to protect the economy.

5. Staff Action: Staff may suspend, mute, reset or ban accounts that break rules or harm the server.

6. MVP Notice: These terms are placeholder MVP terms and should be reviewed before taking real payments.
